This is a weight loss plan like no other – based on sound nutritional principles of balanced eating, it’s something you can continue for life.
Phase 1 ‘Induction’
For rapid initial weight loss, start here
This Phase is all aboutgiving your body a jump-start into burning the excess fat you want to lose. You’ll turn your body from a carb-burning machine into a fat-burning machine - so you can expect to lose as much as 15 pounds (6.8 kg) in the first 2 weeks.
Phase 2 ‘Ongoing weight loss’
The next stage, or start here if you have a small amount of weight to lose
Phase 2 is about keeping that weight loss going while reintroducing more foods and flavours into your diet.
Phase 3 ‘Pre Maintenance’
You’re almost there
Once you reach your goal weight, Phase 3 will help you establish a way of eating that enables you to stay there whole enjoying a wide variety of foods.
Phase 4 ‘Maintenance’
