Ingredients
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, softened
- 6 packets sugar substitute
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chocolate extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract')
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, gradually whisk cream into melted chocolate. With an electric mixer on medium speed, beat in butter, sugar substitute, cocoa powder, and chocolate and vanilla extracts. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
